The photographic history of two softball teams in the 2010 Pan Pacific Masters Games, Gold Coast 6th - 13th November 2010. The Sydney Spirits (an international mix of female softballers) and The Thornleigh TwoCans (an international mix of male misfits)

The girls won a silver medal. Not a bad effort.
The men won a gold medal courtesy of Billy's indoor rowing efforts. The men therefore win the battle of the sexes.

The Spectators


No other team in the whole competition had as many supporters and spectators as the Spirits and the TwoCans. Every day, every game, every bar - you would see the pink and the blue. No other teams had such distinctive war cries - opposition teams were shaking in their cleats and sliders from the ghostly casper like spirit crowd chant and the seagull like noise made by the TwoCan supporters.
